How do I initiate a Return or Exchange?

We make it easy! Initiate your return or exchange here. (P.S. returns and exchanges are free!) All returned products must be received within 21-days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.  Please note that sale items are eligible for exchanges but not eligible for returns.

The return shipping cost is on us! 

How do I mail my Return or Exchange?

To get your package ready:

1. Create and print your prepaid shipping label here.

2. Attach the label to the reusable mailer from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice

3. Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location

Please note orders must be returned within 21 days of the delivery date.

Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. Please contact hello@lushiousworld.com for questions regarding the return label.

I shipped back my Return.  When do I get my money back?

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

I requested an Exchange.  When will I receive my new items?

When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us.

Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 21 days of your original delivery. If delayed, replacement products may be out of stock.

Are there restrictions around promotional codes?

You may only use one code per order. If your order qualifies for multiple sitewide promotions, only the highest value promotion will be applied. 

Holiday Shipping

Our warehouse often operates under different hours around major holidays including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 

Due to high volume, shipping times may be affected. Our fulfillment teams are working hard to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that carriers are also experiencing higher than normal volumes and may take longer to deliver your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Pre-order Items

When you place an order for a pre-order item, the payment is collected when the order is placed. You will receive another shipping confirmation email once your item is on the way to you.
